# @kaidiren/dsh-reasoning

DSH web GUI plugin: auto-expand assistant reasoning (Think rows).

## What it does

- **Load-and-expand**: installing the plugin is the only setup — every Think
  row (the collapsible deep-thinking block) appears expanded. Streaming
  thought and freshly loaded history are included; rows already present when
  the plugin loads are expanded immediately. There is no settings surface and
  nothing to toggle.
- A row the user collapsed manually stays collapsed — only rows the plugin
  has not touched are expanded.

The plugin is DOM-based on purpose: disclosure state lives in React component
state (collapsed content is not in the DOM at all), so the reliable hook is
forwarding clicks on the stable `data-*` attributes emitted by the official
conversation UI (`data-variant="think"`, `data-disclosure-row`,
`data-expandable`, `data-open`).

## Install

### From npm (recommended)

```sh
dsh plugin --profile web add @kaidiren/dsh-reasoning
```

### From the repository (development)

```sh
git clone https://github.com/kaidiren/dsh-reasoning.git
cd dsh-reasoning
pnpm install
pnpm build
dsh plugin --profile web add link:$(pwd)
```

Restart `dsh web` after installing.

## Known limitations

- Depends on the conversation UI's `data-*` contract; a future DSH release
  that renames the attributes would need a selector update.
