# dsh-wellness
Health reminders for DeepSeek Harness: tell you when it is time to eat and
sleep, and nudge you to get up and move after two hours of active work. The
plugin watches the dsh sessions on your machine and, when a reminder is due,
has a live agent remind you as an ordinary in-conversation message.
## What it does
- **Meal & sleep reminders** — default routine breakfast 08:00, lunch 12:00,
dinner 18:00, sleep 23:00. Each is configurable (`HH:MM`), can be disabled,
fires at most once per day within a window around its target, and never
interrupts a running agent turn.
- **Active-work break reminder** — while any dsh session has a running agent,
the plugin accumulates your active work time. After the configured active
span (default 120 minutes) it asks a live agent to tell you to take a break.
A cooldown (default 20 minutes) prevents nagging.
## Install
Install it into your `web` profile, then restart `dsh web`:
```sh
dsh plugin --profile web add <PACKAGE-NAME>
```
It can also be installed from the Plugin Market once this package is listed.
## Configure
Open your profile's `cordis.patch.yml` (or the market's plugin configuration)
and override the plugin row:
```yaml
- id: wellness
name: <PACKAGE-NAME>
config:
mealTimes:
breakfast: '08:00'
lunch: '12:00'
dinner: '18:00'
sleepTime: '23:00'
activeBreakMinutes: 120
breakCooldownMinutes: 20
idleMinutes: 5
pollSeconds: 60
```
`mealTimes` fields and `sleepTime` use 24-hour `HH:MM`; `null` or `''` disables
that slot. `enabled: false` keeps the plugin mounted but inert. The optional
`copy` map overrides the wording of each reminder kind.
## Limitations
- Delivery needs a live idle session: there is no push or OS notification. If
the app is closed or every session is busy, the reminder waits until an idle
agent is available.
- "Working" means a dsh session currently has a running agent (plus a short
idle grace). Time spent outside dsh is not counted.
- Progress is held in memory and resets on restart.
