# dsh-kanban `dsh-kanban` is a kanban board plugin for the [DeepSeek Harness](https://github.com/deepseek-ai/deepseek-harness) Web UI. It gives Harness sessions a dedicated workspace for planning and triage. Open the board from the sidebar, search across sessions, drag idle tasks between workflow columns, and open any card in its original Harness conversation. ## What it does - Organizes sessions into Inbox, Ready, Running, Blocked, and Done. - Derives Running, Blocked, and Done from the live session state. - Lets you manually place idle sessions in Inbox or Ready. - Keeps manual column placement in browser local storage. - Opens the board at `/kanban` and restores the previous conversation when you leave it. - Creates a new Harness task from a selected workspace, title, and prompt. - Keeps running sessions and sessions waiting for input locked in place. - Uses the Harness runtime and sidebar injection points instead of replacing the host application. ## Install Install from a Git checkout or a published package through the `dsh` CLI: ```sh dsh plugin --profile <profile> add https://github.com/Ericwong5021/dsh-kanban ``` To install a release archive directly: ```sh dsh plugin --profile <profile> add https://github.com/Ericwong5021/dsh-kanban/releases/latest/download/dsh-kanban-0.1.1.tgz ``` Start the profile, then select `任务看板` in the Harness sidebar footer. The plugin targets the Harness Web UI and requires the runtime and UI packages declared in `package.json`. ## Workflow The board is a view over real Harness sessions. Selecting a card returns you to that session; it does not create a duplicate conversation. Automatic state takes precedence while a session is running, waiting for interaction, or completed. Only idle sessions can be moved manually. Creating a task connects it to the selected workspace, creates a session, and sends the prompt through the Harness runtime. ## Package layout The package follows the Harness plugin bundle layout: - `cordis.patch.yml` describes the server-side bundle patch. - `src/client/index.ts` registers the sidebar injection and exposes the client entry point. - `src/client/Kanban.tsx` contains the board and task creation flow. - `src/client/Kanban.module.css` contains the scoped board styles. - `lib/client.js` is the loader-compatible browser bundle generated by the build. - `lib/index.js` is the Node plugin bundle generated by the build. The package metadata declares the bundle patch under `dsh.bundle.patch` and the Web client injection under `dsh.client`. ## Development The development dependencies use published DeepSeek Harness package versions. Install dependencies and build the package with: ```sh pnpm install pnpm build pnpm pack:check ``` `pnpm build` emits declarations under `lib/types` and bundles the Node and browser plugin entries under `lib`. ## License MIT

- This package builds from source on install. pnpm will ask you to allow its build script — that is permission to run the package’s code on your machine, outside the agent sandbox. Only allow sources you trust.
- This source has no pinned commit, so a later push upstream changes what installs. Prefer pinning a commit.
